During this scary time especially with an infectious virus going around, many of us want to decrease the likelihood of getting sick. Immunity Booster Greens + Ginger + Lemon Juice

These healthy juicy tonic recipes are a combination of several natural refreshing plants that will give your immune system a natural booster. Greens of the apple have chlorophyll to promote healthy red blood cells while the ginger and leon are immunity boosters that keep you healthy throughout the year. The health and beauty benefits are bountiful and the taste is a perfect combo of sweet, healthy  and tangy. The ginger crushed bits  in this drink gives it quite a kick, too! Try this Immune Boosting Lemon and Greens Juice to start boosting up your immunity levels in this social distancing phase.

 Rich Kiwi Antioxidant Juice

Drink this flavorsome green juice and flood your body with antioxidants to heal and nourish your body.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 red apples
  • 3-4 kiwi’s (substitute for more apples if you can’t find kiwi’s)
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 thumb length of ginger
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves

Chop up all ingredients and put them through a juicer. 

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, stem and florets
  • 1 cup packed kale
  • 1 orange
  • 1/3 pineapple, about 10 oz, core and all
  • 2 granny smith apples, cored
  • 1 banana
  • juice of 1 lime (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend, blend, blend!
  2. Add iced water or juice of aloe vera to get the juice consistency you want 

 Sweet Broccoli Juice

This juice is nutritious and delicious juice made from broccoli! You may not have thought that you can drink broccoli in a smoothie, but it is definitely possible! Give this sweet broccoli juice a try.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli, stem and florets
  • 1 cup packed kale
  • 1 orange
  • 1/3 pineapple, about 10 oz, core and all
  • 2 granny smith apples, cored
  • 1 banana
  • juice of 1 lime (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend, blend, blend!

★ Fresh Apple Cinnamon Juice

This Fresh Apple Cinnamon Juice is healthy, comforting  and tasty. It’s great for keeping you healthy (or helping you get healthy) during the cold season, but is also perfect any time and any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 green apples, cut into quarters
  • 1 large cucumber or two smaller cucumbers
  • 1 small size chopped piece of ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Put the apples, ginger and fresh cucumber through your juicer.
  2. Take the juicer container away from the juicer and add the cinnamon to the container.
  3. Stir the juice with a whisk to mix the cinnamon or pour the juice into your blender and blend, blend & blend!

This refreshing immunity boosting juice is made with apples, cinnamon, cucumber, and ginger.

Good Morning Beet Juice

This Good Morning Beet Juice by  might be the brightest juice ever blended. This bright red pink juice gets you moving in the morning with all the great vitamins and minerals from the beets, apples, carrots and strawberries. Everyone is not a fan of beets, but you must give this juice a try …it might surprise your taste buds!

This apple beet juice is equal parts fruit and veggies so it isn’t overly sweet, but the apples pair well with the flavor of the earthy beet that even kids will love the flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 large beet, peeled and cut
  • 2 small apples, I used gala apples
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2-1 cup of water or ice for consistency

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Put on your favorite audio track & Enjoy!

Kiwi Avocado Juice

One of our personal favorites and super easy to blend, this juice could be  your new favorite morning booster juice. Gives you energy and keeps you away from the “goodies” from the kitchen when you had a food excess.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Put everything in the blender. Mix it well. Drink it in the morning or keep it in the fridge for later. You can decorate it with fresh mint.
