Fiber is the building block of your fabric. Fabric is made of yarn which is made from different kinds of fibers. Some yarn is made of a single particular fiber but some are a blend.  And there are so many different types of fabrics that it will literally boggle your mind.

Our mattresses are made of a variety of high-quality materials designed to provide you with the comfort and support you need for a good night’s sleep. The specific materials used in each mattress may vary, but some of the materials we use include:

  • Innerspring coils: Our innerspring coils are made of high-carbon steel and are designed to provide support and durability.
  • Pocket Springs: Pocket spring is a type of spring system used in mattresses. Each spring is individually wrapped in a fabric pocket, which allows for independent movement and support. The pocket spring system is designed to provide support and comfort while reducing motion transfer. This means that if one person moves in their sleep, it is less likely to disturb the other person on the bed.

One of the advantages of pocket spring mattresses is that they can be customized to provide different levels of support based on the number and gauge of springs used. Mattresses with more coils generally provide more support and are considered to be firmer, while mattresses with fewer coils are considered to be softer.

  • Memory foam: Memory foam is a pressure-relieving material that conforms to your body shape to provide customized support. It is also designed to reduce pressure points and improve circulation.
  • Latex foam: Latex foam is a natural, durable and breathable material. It is also hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, mold and mildew.
  • Gel-infused foam: Gel-infused foam is designed to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the night by dissipating heat away from your body.
  • Cotton and wool: We use natural cotton and wool in our mattresses as these materials provide natural fire-resistance and also offers a comfortable layer of insulation.

All of our mattresses are made with your comfort and support in mind. We use only the highest-quality materials to ensure that our mattresses will last for years to come.

At Slumberzone, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our mattresses. We offer a 5 To 10 Years warranty on all of our mattresses to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

During the warranty period, if any defect in the materials or workmanship appears, we will repair or replace the mattress, at our option, free of charge. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, or unauthorized repair.

Please note that this warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then guide you through the process of making a claim.

We believe that our mattresses are some of the best on the market, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help.

Congratulations on your new mattress purchase! To ensure that your mattress maintains its shape, comfort and longevity, here are some tips on how to care for it:

  • Use a mattress protector: A mattress protector will help protect your mattress from spills, stains, and allergens.

  • Rotate the mattress: Rotating your mattress every three months will help to distribute the wear and tear evenly, and keep it in good shape.

  • Vacuum it regularly: Vacuuming your mattress will help to remove dust, dirt, and allergens that can accumulate over time.

  • Use a stain remover: If you do happen to spill something on your mattress, use a mild detergent and a damp cloth to clean it up. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as these can damage the materials.

  • Don’t jump or stand on the mattress: Doing so can cause damage to the internal structure of the mattress, and can void your warranty.

  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions: If your mattress has specific care instructions, please follow them to ensure that it stays in the best condition possible.

By following these simple care tips, your mattress will stay in top condition for many years to come. If you have any questions about how to care for your new mattress, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The lifespan of a mattress depends on several factors, such as the materials used, the level of care and maintenance, and the amount of usage. However, our mattresses are designed to last for many years.

Our innerspring coils, memory foam and latex foam are made of high-quality materials that are built to last and maintain their shape and support. If you take good care of your mattress, it should last for around [estimated time period].

It’s important to note that a mattress’s lifespan can also depend on the individual user’s weight, sleep habits, and overall care of the mattress. A mattress used by a single person who uses a mattress protector and rotate the mattress regularly can last longer than a mattress used by multiple people who do not take good care of it.

If you have any questions about the lifespan of one of our mattresses or how to extend the life of your mattress, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
